AI That Turns Transcripts and Documents into Insights Faster
December 9, 2025
CaseMap+ AI is case analysis software for litigation that connects the dots between facts and issues, using AI to summarize transcripts and documents, create timelines, and accelerate case strategy. Read our new TechnoLawyer Buyer's Guide report below.
Killer Feature
CaseMap pioneered litigation management by enabling litigators to collect all the facts and issues associated with a lawsuit to better prepare for depositions, motion practice, and trials. As its new name implies, CaseMap+ AI brings AI to bear on the time-consuming tasks associated with analyzing case data.
Among the most tedious of tasks entails summarizing deposition transcripts. CaseMap+ AI can do this for you with its Transcript Summaries feature. It organizes testimony by topic and generates concise summaries with precise page-and-line citations. You can edit these summaries and convert them to facts for use in chronologies, witness outlines, timelines, and other reports, with one-click access to the underlying testimony.
Other Notable Features
CaseMap+ AI has a bevy of additional features, including:
  • Document Summaries: Summarizing discovery documents is another tedious task that CaseMap+ AI streamlines. After importing case documents, CaseMap+ AI generates a summary of each document, tags it with one or more issues, and links to the original. You can edit these summaries as needed and add them to the case's fact set.
  • Automatic Timeline Generation: Creating a timeline from all this data can reveal key insights. CaseMap+ AI converts entered facts (and their linked people, documents, and issues) into timelines that you can filter by issue and which update as new facts get added. This feature saves hours of manual work.
  • Dashboard: The dashboard in CaseMap+ AI shows you the big picture and lets you search all case data. The Status Heatmap indicates whether the case is leaning for or against your client, Recent Activity tracks work done by colleagues, and Facts Per Issue keeps you apprised of how much support exists for each legal issue. The dashboard also lets you know what needs attention, including unsubstantiated facts and issues, unsourced document records, and undefined document types.
